Darrow prides itself on its strong, inclusive community spirit. This sense of belonging and personal investment is the glue that holds us together, helping students to build positive relationships with adults, as well as peers. Khareem, a student from Jamaica, notes, “It’s amazing how much love and energy teachers put into the community.” Alexis, a student from Pennsylvania, states that at Darrow, “You have the support of 130 people anytime you need it.”

The intimacy of our campus, the size of our community, and the structure of our daily schedule ensure that students connect, participate, and feel appreciated as individuals with a great deal to offer.
