International families should please determine with whom their child is staying, well in advance of vacation, and inform the Dean of Students Office.That person should then contact me directly.
Travel money, fares, and spending money should be clearly noted on the travel form with the specific dollar amount.Any money withdrawn from the student’s drawing account (SDA) must have prior approval from the parent/guardian.Please be sure that your child’s account has sufficient funds to cover expenses.
Students may leave campus after 3 p.m. on Friday, February 5 provided they have no sports commitments.Students leaving on Saturday must vacate the dorm by 2:00 p.m.
Students must return to school by 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 15, 2010.
Students will NOT be permitted to miss any school commitments for travel purposes.
