Music on a Winter's Night

Join us for the 2017 Winter Concert on Friday, December 8

One of the highlights of the Darrow School Performing Arts program is the annual Winter Concert, which features an eclectic range of pop, jazz, rock, and holiday music performed by the Darrow Chorus and the Jazz Ensemble.

This year's selection includes songs from legendary artists like the Beatles and John Coltrane, as well as popular favorites from artists such as John Mayer and George Michael. "We are pleased to see continued growth this year with both the Jazz Ensemble and Chorus," said Music Director Andy Wrba. "The students involved have devoted time, energy, and patience toward the content, as well as to the process of these musical works. We extend special gratitude for the nine seniors who share their creativity and vibrant spirits with us."

The concert will be held in the acoustically superb Tannery and begins at 7:30 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
