Visual Arts

Joline Arts Center

Joline is not a gallery. It is a working building.

You can see the work happening here—clay drying, prints hanging, wood curing, sketches taped to walls, ideas mid-process. Light moves through the rooms in a way that makes you pay attention. It is not quiet. It is not chaotic. It is active.

Students come to the Joline to work, to think with their hands, to follow ideas, to start over, to push something one step further than yesterday.

The building teaches you to return to the work. If you spend time here, you change.
