At Agilex Fragrances in New Jersey, she works at the intersection of chemistry, creativity, and consumer experience, translating complex formulations into market-ready scents that deliver both performance and appeal. A graduate of Rutgers University–Newark and a 2014 alumna of the Darrow School, LaShaundria brings scientific rigor and creative vision to every project. Her expertise spans product development, quality assurance, and R&D collaboration, with a growing emphasis on sustainable and naturally derived ingredients.
