As a former student-athlete at Monroe College and Penn State Wilkes-Barre, she competed at both Division I JUCO and Division II levels, gaining first-hand insight into discipline and resilience at high-level competition. Her leadership on and off the court shapes her coaching style, which prioritizes accountability, skill development, and mental toughness. Beyond competition, she has mentored athletes through training and leadership programs.
