About

Sara grew up in the Berkshires but has lived in Seattle for the past 25 years. With two college-age kids in New York State, her return to the Northeast was inevitable.  Sara was a swimmer all the way through college and went on to work in Aquatics for five years after graduation. She made the switch to healthcare administration after the birth of her first child, but found herself gravitating towards the educational setting once her children were teenagers.

Sara is excited to join the Darrow community this year: "I love working with this age group and getting to see what these amazing humans are capable of.  I have only been on campus for a couple of months but it already feels like home."

In her free time Sara enjoys whitewater rafting, salmon fishing and crabbing, camping and hiking.  She also gets to spend her weekends watching her son on the lacrosse field and her daughter on stage with her cello.
